If you decide to get a camera phone make sure you get one with a good talk time plan. Don't sign any contract until you read and understand everything completely. If you see something you don't understand, make sure you have the sales associate explain it to you. It is always better to make sure you understand everything because you don't want to sign up for something you don't agree too.
If your buying a camera phone for a minor, it is also best to discuss what you want them to do and not to do with the phone. For example you might want to make sure they only use the phone for emergencies and not just for casual conversation. Once you voice your concerns it will make it much easier for you let them have a camera phone to use.
